Carpenter

HIRING MULTIPLE CANDIDATES
Start Date: October, 2024
POSITION NOTES: 40 hours per week
PAY: $28 to $34 an hour
Constructs, installs, repairs and maintains buildings, furnishings, equipment and carpentry-related grounds projects.
Duties:
- Performs carpentry-related duties in related areas such as concrete, millwork, glass replacement, drywall and floor coverings.
- Performs layout of new construction and alterations from drawings, sketches and/or specifications.
- Move tools, equipment to and from work areas.
- Misc. carpenter work like back framing, sheeting walls, install backing etc.
- Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas.
Concrete slab prep and forming.
Required Skills:
- Competent in the use and care of tools and equipment common to this trade.
- Ability to plan and schedule work and organize the workload effectively.
- Ability to work in confined areas and at heights.
- Ability to maintain close attention to detail.
- Experience required 1 – 2 years.
